All applicants must fill out an application for a U.S. Passport and submit the
application in person
with the following :
Passports are received in 4 to 6 weeks.
Application Fees For Passport Book :
Adult : $135.00
16 yrs. & Older , Expires 10 yrs. from the date issued.
($110.00 Payable to the U.S. Department of State & $25.00 cash)
Children ages 16 & 17 require one parent's signature.
Children : $105.00
15 yrs. and younger , Expires 5 yrs. from the date issued.
($80.00 Payable to the U.S. Department of State & $ 25.00 cash)
To submit an application for children 15 and younger , both parents or the legal
guardian(s) must appear with ID's
and sign for the child.
Marriage License : $18.00
Marriages and/or Passports will not be processed after 3 p.m.

To check on your Child Support Payments, you can call the Help Kids tool-free
line at 1-800-840-8757.
If you want a Child Support Payment History, it can be picked up in the clerk's
office by the custodial or non-custodial
parent only.
The cost for Child Support printouts are $1.00 per yearly printout. (Add $1.00 if you need certified
printouts).
Cost for Copies : $1.00 per page. (Add $1.00 if you need certified
copies).
