Pursuant to I.C. 6-1.1-37-10, any tax payments received by the Treasurer AFTER 4:00 P.M. on May 10 and November 10** (or applicable due date) of each year will be subject to penalties as provided by law. Postmarked Mail Accepted.
**This policy applies regardless of the method of payment (whether MAILED, PAID IN PERSON, PAID BY CREDIT CARD, OR PAID AT BANK) Postmarked mail accepted
**CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS can be made through the WEB or PHONE PAYMENT SYSTEM UNTIL MIDNIGHT (12am EST)
