$Text Box: THE CRIMINAL DIVISION The Prosecuting Attorney of Greene County represents the State of Indiana in all felony and misdemeanor criminal prosecutions resulting from crimes committed within Greene County, Indiana. As the lead law enforcement officer in Greene County, the Prosecuting Attorney reviews criminal investigations, supervises Grand Jury proceedings, prosecutes felony, misdemeanor and infractions of state law, conducts juvenile adjudications and prosecution, and provides information, resources and assistance to the victims of crime. The Prosecutor also enforces child support orders entered in divorce and paternity cases. THE CHILD SUPPORT DIVISION The Child Support Division pursues child support cases that have been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office due to the custodial parent and/or the child or children being a recipient of Medicaid or TANF (Temporary Aid to Needy Families). Individuals may also apply for Title IV-D Child Support Services.$
