Jarrod D. Holtsclaw, Prosecutor
Jarrod was elected to his first term as Greene County Prosecutor beginning January 1, 2007. He previously served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Greene County since becoming licensed to practice law in October of 1998.
Jarrod is a native of Greene County who graduated as valedictorian from Bloomfield High School in 1991. He went on to graduate with magna cum laude distinction from Indiana University in 1995 and with cum laude distinction from Indiana University School of Law in 1998 while working as a legal intern in the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office.
Jarrod resides with his wife, Jessica, and son, Boone, in Bloomfield. When not in the office or with his family, he can be found hunting and fishing the woods of southern Indiana.

Cheryl J. Stone, Chief Deputy Prosecutor
Cheryl has been with the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office for more than thirteen years and has served as the Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for most of this time.
Before coming to the Prosecutor’s Office, Cheryl managed her own private practice of law concentrating on real estate and probate law. Originally from Bloomfield, Indiana, Cheryl obtained an undergraduate degree in business from Indiana University in 1989 and a law degree from Indiana University, Indianapolis in 1993.
Cheryl lives in Bloomfield with her husband, Brent, and their three children. |

Keven W. McIntosh, Deputy Prosecutor
Keven has been serving as Greene County Deputy Prosecutor since his admission to the Indiana Bar in October of 2006. He is a lifelong Greene County resident, who grew up on his family farm in Highland township.
Keven graduated from Bloomfield High School as a member of the Class of 1999. Keven went on to graduate cum laude from Ball State University in 2003 with a degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology, and later received his law degree from Indiana University (Indianapolis) in 2006. Prior to joining the Greene County Prosecutor’s Office, Keven worked as a legal intern while in law school for Farm Bureau, Inc. in the agricultural law and policy department.
When not fulfilling his duties as Deputy Prosecutor, Keven can be found either with his wife and daughter or in his bib overalls helping his Dad and his brother, Bill, on the farm. |
