CRIMINAL DIVISION

Greene County has two separate and distinct courts. Aside from their civil caseload, Circuit Court is responsible for one-half of all felony case filings and all juvenile cases. Superior Court is responsible for one-half of all felony case filings and all misdemeanor and infraction cases.

Circuit Court felony cases and all homicides

are handled by the
