Meet Your Case Manager

Your Case Manager is the person who actively works on your case. He/She prepares paperwork for court hearings, communicates with other jurisdictions as needed, schedules appointments and monitors the progress of your case.

While phone calls to the Child Support Division are welcome, case managers are often unable to take calls personally.  The receptionist answers each call and tries to determine the best way to handle the call.  Most often she will take your name, phone number and a description of the situation.  This practice increases the efficiency of the Child Support Division by allowing case managers to do necessary work uninterrupted.

Many clients don’t know which case manager is working on their case.  The information you’ll find on this page will help you determine who your case manager is and how and when to contact him/her.  Also, you’ll find more info about how you can help your case progress more smoothly. (Surname of non-custodial parent)
