Welcome to the Greene County Clerk’s Office.              

To check on your Child Support Payments, you can call the Help Kids tool-free line at 1-800-840-8757 or contact the Child Support Program (Title IV-D) office.

To learn more about the services we provide to the County, please browse through our Topics of Interest or contact our office.  We can be reached at 812-384-8532 and our hours of operation are  Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

 

Copies from the Clerk's office are $1.00 per page, plus $3.00 if they need to be certified. 

We do not accept personal checks or credit cards.

Cash, money orders, or bank cashier checks only. 

Also send a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the return.

When filing court forms, please submit only the original completed with black ink, printed on one side only. Greene County only requires the original completed forms to be filed (not multiple copies as requested on State Site).
