Welcome to the Greene County Clerk’s Office.               

To check on your Child Support Payments, you can call the Help Kids tool-free line at 1-800-840-8757 or contact the Child Support Program (Title IV-D) office at 812-384-3314.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you should have any questions, comments, or concerns, please don't hesitate to email us at Clerk@co.greene.in.us. 

Copies from the Clerk's office are $1.00 per page. Certifications are $3.00 each.

You may request your copies to be sent via mail. 

We do not accept personal checks.

Accepted forms of payment include: Cash, money orders, debit/card cards via the phone with GovPay at 1-866-480-8552 or with the Clerk's office at 812-384-8532, online at https://paygov.us/, by downloading the mobile app, or in office.

You will need your case number to make a payment using debit/credit cards. Please refer to https://public.courts.in.gov/mycase/#/vw/Search to obtain this information.

PASSPORT APPLICATIONS and RENEWALS

ARE NO LONGER PROCESSED IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE

**The Clerk's office does not house divorce paperwork. Please go to https://indianalegalhelp.org/ for divorce paperwork and more.** 

When filing court forms, please submit only the original completed with black ink, printed on one side only. Greene County only requires the original completed forms to be filed (not multiple copies as requested on State Site).
