Marriage Licenses

Marriage Licenses will not be processed after 4:00 p.m.

To apply for a Marriage License, please visit our Voter Registration office or apply online. The fee is $25.00. 

Copies are $1.00 per page, plus $3.00 if they need certified.  We do not accept personal checks or credit cards.  Cash, money orders, or bank cashier checks only.   You may request a marriage license by mail. If you request your document via mail please send one of the accepted forms of payment above in the amount of $4.00, and a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the return. Thank you!

Effective January 1, 2016, marriage ceremonies will no longer be performed by the Clerk's office.
