With few exceptions, appointments are always on Thursday mornings. In most instances, clients with active cases can talk to the receptionist about their concerns and he/she can direct the problem to the appropriate case manager. The case manager will determine whether an appointment is necessary and, if so, direct the receptionist to schedule an appointment for you. In most cases, your case manager will be able to help you with your problems.
