Cases are divided between case managers by the surname (last name) of the absent parent (AP). You can contact your case manager by clicking on the “Contact Us” button listed on the navigation bar. If you have more than one case and want to make contact about each case, you may need to email more than one case manager, depending on the last name of each absent parent.

Clients should contact the Child Support Division when their mailing addresses or any other personal information changes. Providing accurate information about the absent parent, custodial parent, or emancipation of a child is information the Child Support Division needs to effectively pursue your case. In most cases, the receptionist can take this information and give it to the case manager for you. Your case manager will contact you for more details or to discuss your situation as needed. Calls that require a case manager’s immediate attention will be directed to a case manager accordingly.
If you frequently require information regarding the last payment made on your support case, you should call the KIDS LINE, an automated information line available anytime. The phone number is:

A person who is not on AFDC/TANF can enroll in services by filling out an enrollment form.
Enrollment for IV-D Services: You may download the enrollment form for services by clicking here.
Processing: The enrollment form must be forwarded to the county in which services are being required. If you are enrolling for enforcement of an existing court order, you should send your enrollment form directly to the Child Support Division of the county where your order was entered.
All the cases in the Child Support Division are referred to as Title IV-D cases, regardless of how they were opened. “NIVD” or Non-Title IV-D cases are those cases that have not been referred to the Prosecutor’s Office.
